Pleasantville 15, Shoreham-Wading River 14 OT

Erik Coleman sent everyone home, scoring unguarded in transition. Panthers goalie Andrew Nessel got a loose ball off a Wildcats turnover and found Daniel Picart, who moved the ball forward under pressure. Pleasantville was down 5-2 at the start, but climbed within a goal at the half. Michael Hundzynski netted an unassisted goal with 3:24 remaining to bring the Panthers within 14-13.Picart knotted the score, unassisted, with 58 seconds left in regulation. SWR came in ranked 25th nationally by Inside Lacrosse. Emmet McDermott led Pleasantville with four goals and two assists. Nick Reich added four goals and one assist. Coleman finished with three goals and two assists, Picart had two goals and four assists and Hundzynski got two goals and one assist. Alec Gregorek led the Wildcats with four goals and Liam Kershis scored three.

Shenendehowa 11, Mamaroneck 8

Andrew Glinski finished with three goals and four assists for the Tigers, who also got three goals and two assists from Rhett Chambers. Grant Mathieson scored twice in the loss.

Chaminade 14, Yorktown 5

The Huskers were down 3-0 three minutes in and trailed 6-0 after one.

Staples, Conn. 10, Rye 6

Tucker Hess got two goals and one assist for the Garnets, who also got a pair of goals from Garrett Sullivan.

Somers 8, Lakeland/Panas 5

Ryan Brush, Grayden Carr and Miguel Iglesias each scored a pair of goals for the Tuskers, who erased an early 2-0 deficit. Mac Sullivan was the catalyst, finishing with a goal and three assists while Landon Pepe made nine saves. Anthony Moschides and Matt Mayfield combined to go 12 for 16 on faceoffs. Oban Rader scored a pair of goals for the Rebels, who also got three assists from Kyle Gallagher.

Luke Arrighi - Bronxville

Mahopac 13, Haldane 6

Jake Degnan sparked the Indians with four goals. Ryan Geohaghen added three goals and one assist while Danny Koch and Mike Rettberg finished with two goals and one assist. Chris Morris went 16 for 21 on draws for Mahopac.

John Jay-CR 14, Arlington 6

Andrew Kiefer delivered four goals for the Wolves, who also got three goals and an assist from Craig Galea, two goals and one assist from Luca Duva and two goals from Luke Bueti. Luke Mackin and James Davenport each scored a pair of goals for the Admirals.

Hen Hud 12, Pearl River 9

Dean Hiltsley netted five goals for the Sailors and Thomas Popolizio collected three goals and four assists. Hen Hud scored three times in the last 2:16 after the Pirates twice got within a goal. Joey Connolly made 16 saves for the Sailors. Ryan McKenna scored four to lead the Pirates while Brendan Donahue added one goal and three assists.

Bronxville 16, Fordham Prep 6

Chris Patterson broke out and went for five goals and three assists for the Broncos, who had a quick 5-0 lead. Jack Reilly added three goals and two assists, Luke Stephens got three goals and one assist and Luke Arrichi stopped 13 shots, reaching 400 career saves. P.J. Cunningham led the Rams with four goals and one assist.

Pelham 8, Fox Lane 3

Chris Francini and Callum Reen each scored a pair of goals for the Pelicans. Alex Caltenco and Joe Martucci added one goal and one assist apiece while Jack Mallinson went 10 for 13 on faceoffs.

Wappingers 14, Brewster 12

Brayden Kuczma wound up with four goals and three assists for the Warriors, who took control with six unanswered goals in the second quarter. James O'Rourke added five goals and D.J. Velsmid and Andrew Washall each scored twice. Jason Weller led the Bears with five goals and Joe Anfuso had two goals and two assists.

P.J. Hodge made it two dramatic wins in a span of 24 hours, netting the game-winner with 1.7 seconds to play. He also handed out four assists. Brady Sharkey came up with three goals and one assist while Mike Oronzio and Andrew Girolamo scored two goals apiece. Raffe Katts led the Cadets with four goals.

Tyler McDermott - Rye

Briarcliff 16, Nanuet 6

Lucas Proctor and Josh Newman delivered five and four goals, respectively, to lead the Bears. Bobby Colangelo finished with two goals and an assist while Alex Kirshenbaum added one goal and three assists. James Moran got three goals and two assists for the Golden Knights and Collin Stemmer got two goals and two assists.

Suffern 17, Monroe-Woodbury 5

Joe Casarella propelled the Mounties to their first win, getting seven goals. Chris Fay added four goals and one assist while Reid Weiss finished with two goals and two assists.

Rye 13, Mamaroneck 10

Tyler McDermott led the Garnets with three goals and two assists. Andrew McCarthy added three goals and one assist while Kian McCarthy finished with two goals and two assists. Tucker Hess and Garrett Sullivan each scored twice in the win. Rhett Chambers got three goals and an assist to lead the Tigers. Jack Ramsay also scored three times and Andrew Glinski had two goals and one assists.

Owen Blume sparked the Eagles, collecting seven goals and one assist while going 10 for 15 on faceoffs. Alex Titto added seven goals and four assists. Chris DeGiorgio and Angelo Sirico each scored a pair of goals for the Tigers.

Jayden Rios got the game-winner and led the Red Raiders with four goals and three assists. James Devine set up the the game-winner and finished with three goals and two assists while Ethan Farrar and Joe Alvarez each put two goals and one assist in the book. North Rockland was down four at the half. Kevin Devine made 20 stops Luke Mackin had four goals for the Admirals, who also got three apiece from Bryan Stensrud and Spencer Hogaboom. Jake Cahill made 20 saves in the loss.

Clarkstown South 11, Harrison 6

Jason Ardizone went 18 for 21 on faceoffs while Jon Moran and Kevin Butler netted three goals apiece for the Vikings, who closed with five unanswered.

Haldane 16, Hen Hud 12

Liam Gaugler led the Blue Devils with five goals and two assists. Fallou Faye added four goals and Evan Giachinta finished with three goals and four assists. Dean Hiltsley and Thomas Popolizio combined for seven goals in the loss.

Fox Lane 7, Ossining 6

Declan Connors was the difference, breaking a 6-6 deadlock in the closing minutes. Owen Baker had two goals and an assist for the Foxes, who also got a pair of goals from Jordan Gruber. Mike Zinzi and Jack Cicchelli finished with a goal and an assist. Jacob Miller scored three times for the Pride, who erased an early 5-1 deficit.

Warwick 14, Pearl River 9

Ryan McKenna finished with three goals and Brendan Donohue added two goals and two assists for the Pirates.

Tappan Zee 17, Wappingers 8

Sean Berrigan delivered four goals and four assists for the Dutchmen, surpassing 200 career points. Tommy Linehan added five goals and an assist while Collin Butler and Kevin Kukla each scored twice. James O'Rourke and Brayden Kuczma each got two goals and one assist to lead the Warriors.

Greenwich, Conn. 8, Bronxville 7 3OT

Jack Reilly had three goals for the Broncos and Luke Arrighi wound up with 23 saves to give them a chance. Bronxville had a 5-2 lead at the half. Mikey Brescia had three goals and three assists for the Cardinal and Lane Critchell went 18 for 21 on faceoffs.

Rye Neck 14, Keio 3

Luke West netted four goals to reach 100 for his career. He also handed out a pair of assists. Owen Reese added three goals and one assist while Jake Reese finished with two goals and two assists.

Kennedy 11, Xavier 3

Fin McConnell collected three goals and two assists for the Gaels, who also got two goals and two assists from Ryan McInerney and three assists from John Solari. Connor Baia went 12 for 12 on faceoffs.

Hackley 4, Trinity 1

Cliff Chapman, Jackson Fauber and John Churchill kept the Hornets comfortable, getting one goal and one assist apiece. Mac Broaddus locked down the win, getting 12 saves.

Clarkstown North 14, New Rochelle 6

Rob Celona led the Rams with four goals and two assists. John Newman added three goals and two assists while Lex Malizia and A.J. Levy each netted a pair of goals. Jude Brickie had a hat trick for the Hugueonts.

Byram Hills 18, Brewster 5

Erik Cipriano scored four times for the Bobcats, who also got three goals and two assists from Zach Pero and three goals and one assist from Ethan Schwartz. Josh Walsh finished with three goals for the Bears.

Jack Freel came around from X for the winner. P.J. Cunningham and Charlie English lead the Rams with three goals apiece. Will Muccia created four turnovers in the win, as well.

Billy Haggerty scored twice for the Gaels, who trailed 9-2 at the half. Blaise New and Tim Plunkett each had one goal.

Wilton, Conn. 11, John Jay-CR 6

Luca Duva scored twice for the Wolves. Craig Galea and Andrew Kiefer each finished with a goal and an assist.

Stepinac 5, Don Bosco Prep 4

Denny Piekutowksi came up with 16 saves to hold off the No. 23 team in the Inside Lacrosse national preseason rankings. Michael Oronzio sparked the offense with two goals and an assist. Andrew Girolamo, Cole Mayclim, and Nolan Sharkey added one goal apiece. Brady Scioletti, Matt Dyszwiekci, Scott Conte and Mark Marino each had a goal in the loss.

Monday

Game of the Day

Cold Spring Harbor 8, Yorktown 7 OT

Drew Weissman and Ryan Vogel each scored in the final minute of regulation to force overtime. Chad Bowen gave the Huskers a chance with a faceoff win, but the possession ended on a turnover and the Seahawks converted at the other end. Vogel and Chris Constantine each had two goals for Yorktown. Jack Duncan added a goal and two assists and Hunter Mezzatesta made 13 saves.

Player of the Day

James Moran - Nanuet

Lakeland/Panas 9, Briarcliff 6

Thomas Kuney and Will Moore led the Rebels with three goals apiece. Oban Rader added one goal and two assists while Anthony Farroni went 13 for 19 on faceoffs and K.C. Bryan made nine saves. Alex Kirshenbaum scored four times for the Bears.

Nanuet 5, White Plains 4 2OT

James Moran sent everyone home in the final minute of the second overtime. He also handed out a pair of assists. Thomas Murray also had a goal and two assists for the Golden Knights while Logan Stemmerman finished with a goal and an assist. Chris Russo had 17 saves for Nanuet.

Rye Country Day 13, Long Island Lutheran 10

Braden Bass delivered three goals and three assists to lead the Wildcats, who also got four goals from Alec Davis and three goals from Milin Torgalkar and one goal and three assists from Blake Jachman.

Ridgefield, Conn. 15, Mahopac 9

Gavin Viglucci had three goals and an assist for the Indians. Jake Degnan finished with two goals and two assists and Danny Koch scored twice.
